Versatile executive Caitlin McMinn has been named managing director at startup incubator and accelerator TechFW in Fort Worth.
TechFW called McMinn a “results-driven executive” with a successful record in sales enablement, operations, and strategic growth.
“Caitlin is exactly the leader TechFW needs to accelerate our mission,” TechFW CEO Ryan Brown said in a statement. “Her diverse background, relentless drive for operational excellence, and passion for building strong teams will help propel our organization and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem forward.”
TechFW said that in her new role, McMinn will be in charge of the strategic and operational execution of the organization, partnerships, the performance of its team, and support of the mission and vision of the CEO and board.
“Being around innovation, creativity and energy—I absolutely love that,” McMinn said in a statement. “I’m excited to bring my operations background and leadership skills to support this amazing team and be a part of growing the ecosystem as a whole.”
TechFW said that McMinn’s career experience has provided a variety of opportunities that built a foundation to lead an organization and that McMinn has been a strategist, marketer, operations leader, and relationship builder.
According to TechFW, McMinn has found success by helping businesses go from “idea” to sustainability by emphasizing strong processes, frameworks, and teamwork that made it possible.
McMinn launched a consulting business in 2020 after a career in the financial sector. TechFW said she was involved in everything from content creation and human relations systems to sales enablement and business operations.

It empowers tech entrepreneurs to transform innovative ideas into scalable businesses without taking equity. TechFW said it provides resources, support, and community to support entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey, from idea to market.
